A designer has to create visual identities for a variety of different clients across different projects. A great designer knows which design elements work best together for which brands and why, and is able to apply design principles across different media. They shape their work to resonate strongly with each target audience and encourage ease of use and understanding. Designers are fluent in adobe photoshop, illustrator, indesign, google slides, and familiar with AI creative tools.

Pitching and winning new business is the lifeblood of any agency. The Growth role is the glue that holds together these incredibly important activities and helps drive the growth of their assigned agency with a focus on operational aspects. It's a fast-paced role that allows you to work with some of the most senior and inspiring talents at Havas Health Network and get the first look at our new business.

Project Managers are better defined as problem solvers who know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times. They play a lead role for both internal teams and clients by ensuring deliverables reach the client on time and within budget. Project Managers within Havas Health Network are often detail-oriented self-starters who can manage multiple projects at a given time with little oversight.

PR professionals are strategic storytellers. They craft narratives intended to protect, enhance, and build reputations through media and communication outlets. Public Relations is a vital component of the Havas Health Network as it plays an outsized role in increasing clients’ credibility and changing the way audiences think about their businesses.

Strategists are the big-picture thinkers of every project. They provide the team with information gleaned from studying markets for relevant data and know both the client and target market, inside out. At Havas Health Network, Strategists translate strategic discoveries into inspiring briefs and roadmaps for our clients by analyzing trends and uncovering cultural insights.
